第一段： 個人狀況描述

簡單說明個人成長環境、家庭成員、個性等等

範例:

My name is Jen Chen Hsiao, From Taipei. I graduated from National Cheng Kung University and my major was in Economic. There are 3 people in my family. My father works in the electronics company as an engineer, and my mother is an administration staff. I am outgoing, easy to get along with, and very active.

我的名子叫蕭任真，來自於台北。畢業於成功大學，我的主修為經濟學系。我們家有三個成員。爸爸在電子公司當工程師，媽媽是行政人員。我個性屬於外向、活潑且又喜歡與人相處。

 

第二段：求學經歷

自己在校所學所學之專業能力，並且說明自己有無特殊成就或優異表現的例子。並強調你在學習過程中及對你個人的影響。

範例:

I treasure my school life very much.  Though I am not a top student in terms of school grades, I consider myself enthusiastic learner.  Among the school subjects, I like mathematics the most.  I participated in several contests and won very good prizes. I have been active in school camps, including those held by universities, and different kinds of workshops.  I believe that extracurricular activities provide valuable opportunities for me to accumulate knowledge and broaden my horizon.

我非常珍惜在學校的生活，雖然我在求學階段成績不是屬於前段班的學生，但我認為我自己對於學習是充滿熱情的。在學校的科目中，我最喜歡數學這科。我參與過各式各項與數學相關的比賽，也得到了不錯的成績。我對於各大學所舉辦的各種活動或研討會也都相然有興趣。參與這些課外活動及研討會，對我來說是相當寶貴的機會，因為這能累積我的知識又能擴展我的視野。

 

第三段： 社團活動、打工經驗

如有打工經驗或社團經驗，可說明這過程中的收穫，以及對於所求職工作能力需求的幫助。另外也可提到個人從這些活動經驗中學習的心得。

範例:

I was a member of social service club, and being the president of the club. Because of this position, I learned more things, like leadership skills, organizing group activities.

在學生時期，我加入社會服務的社團，也是當上了社團團長。因為這個角色，讓我學會領導技巧與如何組織團體活動。

 

第四段： 自我期許

個人在短期以及長期的生涯發展規劃，個人成就期許。可以加強雇主對於求職者求職動力、企圖心的印象。

範例:

I took great interest in mathematics when I was a child.  My grade in math at all school levels was always better than those in other subjects.  So I think it a good choice for me to major in accounting.  It is my belief that an accountant plays an important part in society.  For a company to be prosperous, a sound accounting system is indispensable.  I expect the professional training in university will prepare me to be a good accountant.

我從小就對數學就有種莫名的喜愛。在求學階段，我的數學成績永遠都是優於其他科目，所以我認為我選擇會計這領域是明智的選擇。我相信會計人員在社會中扮演極為重要角色。企業要興旺，健全的會計製度是不可或缺的。我期待我在大學時期的專業訓練將使我成為一位好的會計人員。
